West Coast Cooking Breakaway
Experience the unique and delicious culinary delights of the West Coast, while learning to prepare them yourselves.
Spend two, fun filled days taking in the breathtaking west coast region of the Cape, learn about this uniquely Cape habitat, the culture, the architecture and learn how to do a proper fish braai (barbeque), cook a host of meat, poultry and seafood dishes in a three-legged pot and bake `rooster brood all on an open fire all while enjoying good wine, good food and great company in basic, seaside West Coast accommodation.
Whether you are an experienced cook or can't fry an egg, come and learn some new, fun and rewarding cooking skills using age-old cooking methods, on the fire, (Preparation of vegetarian dishes also on offer.)
Limited to a maximum of 10 -16 persons with couples sharing. Includes all meals, accommodation but excludes travel arrangements to and from location. (However this can be arranged separately.
